Payment Options

We offer three options to pay your bill:

1- Online Payments – Via E-bill (Our online payment portal(

***IMPORTANT NOTICE***
If you do not receive a confirmation email of payment, your payment did NOT go through. Please call our office for assistance at 520-879-7474.

Monthly invoices will be posted online by the 1st of each month.

Offline payments (payments mailed in) will not be reflected on your online payment (payments made online) history.  For the most up-to-date account information, please contact FWC’s customer service at (520) 879-7474, or by email at info@FarmersWaterCo.com.

2- Auto-Pay- Via Automated Clearing House (ACH)

This auto-pay program allows you to pay your bills by electronic transfers from your savings or checking account.  We offer this service to all Farmers Water Company, (FWC) customers, through any financial institution that is a member of the ACH Association.

The withdrawal is scheduled the 15th of each month.

In-person payments can only be accepted in the form of cash, checks or money orders.
