Administration Hours of Operation:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Payments can only be accepted in the form of cash, checks or money orders.  At this time we do not accept credit cards.


Pay your water bill online.

If you do not receive a confirmation email of payment, your payment did NOT go through. Please call our office for assistance at 520-879-7474.

Monthly invoices will be posted online by the 1st of each month.

Automated Clearing House (ACH):

Direct payment program allows you to pay your bills by electronic transfers from your bank account to FWC’s bank.  We offer this service to all FWC customers, through any bank, savings & loan, or credit union that is a member of the ACH Association.  Please go to our Customer Service tab and download the Electronic/Debit Automated Clearing House (ACH) – Application.
