Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
We are seeking a reliable professional with a pleasant demeanor to provide administrative support for the Farmers Water Co. operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will possess the ability to complete assignments independently and on-time. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting the operations of a small water utility.
The position reports to the Vice President.
Manage calendars • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments • Serve as the point person with customers • Prepare reports and analyze data • Coordinate maintenance and purchasing requirements • Inventory management • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary • Administer office operations and procedures • Coordinate with IT department on resolving all IT issues • Project management • Ensure accurate and timely reporting • Provide general support to operations staff.
Proven office management and administrative experience• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational and planning skills• Sensitivity to confidential matters• Excellent interpersonal skills• Proficiency in MS Office and any asset management software.
Administration: 3 years
Salary: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
