For purposes of FWC’s emergency phone / after hours service call policy an emergency is defined as the existence of an obvious hazard to the safety or health of the customer or the general population.

Non-emergency calls between the hours of 4:01 p.m. – 6:59 a.m. will be considered an after hour / emergency call.  Additional charges will apply during these hours which are detailed on our Tariff.

About Your Sewer Invoice

Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department determines your sewer charge. 

These charges are based on the average consumption during the months of Dec.- Feb. If you your usage is lower in other months of the year, you may wish to appeal by filing a “Consumption Analysis Request” to the sewer company.

Fill this form and will submit the consumption report to the Pima County Wastewater Department. After five days, contact them directly to follow up on your request.
